Progress for me, it has never been a dream. It has always been a distant reality and once one milestone is achieved, there is always another one waiting to be crossed. It is with this belief that I started Vartis Engineering PVT LTD . in 2016, a company that was in the business of Advanced machining lines with latest technology VMCs, CMM, HMCs, etc. Turning Centres, Conventional Machines Assembly facility, Vartis Engineering PVT LTD. became a prominent name in its business segment, but as every entrepreneur sticks to their dream, I always wanted to push my company to more prosperous milestones. More than being a global player, I always perceived my company as a unit that could make a difference with its quality and competitively priced products. Taking a path less traveled, I expanded Vartis Engineering PVT LTD into Ferro Alloys production, a highly sensitive business that requires a high amount of technical know-how, expertise, and specialized knowledge.

We provide custom solutions that can have your design finished in 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the part. Before mass production, 1 free sample will be provided for testing and approval. At the full-scale production stage, we follow a strict quality inspection process during the production process and also provide the full set inspection reports, including material composition inspection, mechanical properties inspection, dimensional inspection and nondestructive testing if required!

At VARTIS ENGINEERING PVT LTD. our investment casting technique mainly refers to the lost wax casting process, which starts with injecting liquid wax into a metal mold to create a wax pattern and then wrapping several layers of refractory ceramic materials such as clay on its exterior, heating the wax to melt out so as to obtain a hardened shell formed by refractory materials. The hardened ceramic shell is roasted, and the molten metal is poured into the shell. After the metal is cooled, the shell is vibrated to achieve the desired shape.
The die casting process is slightly different; it does not require any wax patterns while injecting melton metal into the mold directly. After cooling and solidification, the solid parts are taken from the mold directly. Compared with investment casting, die casting is only suitable for producing non-ferrous metals, such as aluminum, zinc and magnesium.
To deliver finished parts, we built a CNC,VMC,HMC And VTL machining workshop in 2016. Currently, we are equipped with 32 machining equipments, including 3-axis machining centers, 4-axis machining centers and 5-axis machining centers. The precision of machined parts can reach a finer tolerance at ±0.001mm
